RetroIndy Union Station Coasters (Set of 4)
Set your martini down on a vintage Union Station coaster.
In this elegant 1950 Indianapolis News photo, porters assist passengers inside the train station at 39 W. Jackson Place. The building, designed by Pittsburg architect Thomas Rodd, was built in 1887-88. As many as 200 passenger trains passed through Union Station each day at the beginning of the century, but train travel decreased throughout the 1900s.
